Hose Cutting, Coiling, and Strapping Machine

With 2” X 3” steel frame this machine does it all. With a touch screen control panel you simply set your length and the machine does the rest. It first measures the length of your hose and then cuts. While measuring it is also coiling in pre-set size (ID and width set-up is required). When this cycle is completed the strapping option begins. This completed cycle varies for each size but an average cycle for a 50’ hose would be 2-3 complete units per minute. This time is measured from when the hose enters the unit until the hose exits the machine strapped.
